How do you rest your case? Why cant you tell us which specific articles of that act support your position? Merely dumping a 300 page document on us does not prove your case.

It is not in the constitution, but a part of the reforms that Tonje brought to the KDF. Military officers who are moved to civillian offices will have to retire unless recalled by the President. Getting a written copy ndio shida.

It happened to my own father when he was moved to a certain civilian office.

It is in the KDF Act but framed as ' Deployment of Military Officers' ...the only mention is deployment to the Police Commission'

Doing the right things requires doing them in the right way and in a sustainable manner. Sidelining a civilian system to do whatever you classify as 'good' is not how you improve a system.....this is why your 'messiah' is drafting executive orders like his white cousin Trump
