yes because believe it or not most of the laws are traced back to religion even the ones we use in courts and therefore it brings a sense of order.

I do not believe it. Religion co-opts general rules of society and makes it look like what is generally right or wrong must be tied to deity. Murder is wrong not because a god says it is, but because taking someones life by premeditation for unjustified reasons in a shitty thing to do.
Taking someone else's salary without their knowledge is bad because you didnt work for or earn it yourself.
