Iran has seen a second wave of cases, but remarkably not of fatalities.They did not know how to fight the first wave. The big difference is that they are fighting the second wave using hydroxycloroquine. If America was brave and given it's people this drug, there would not be many deaths. But they politicized the drug.

Was the 1st world leader to publiscize the drug as covid cure, and yes its used in conjunction with azythromycin and zinc. As close to home as MoH kenya is also using it to treat +ve cases.
