Indigenous Seed & Food Fair 2022

Currently ongoing at Nairobi National Museum.

Farmers from all over the country have brought their indigenous seeds, and traditional foods. These farmers have a vast knowledge of indigenous seeds and foods.

Traditional foods are always looked upon as a poor person’s food yet they’re the most nutrient-rich & healthy foods as compared to the preferred wheat & rice.
