We shouldn't glorify mediocrity.
Hate to disappoint you but you exemplify mediocre thinking!
What have you built for yourself? Weka hapa tuchambue before you put down others?
The biggest problem in Kenya is the all pervasive and suffocating crab mentality, that stifles creativity!

If you're going to criticize a project, you do so with solutions, that's what's called constructive criticism, otherwise all you're doing is attempting to destroy the dreams of our creative sons and daughters!

Wueh, be nice to @Aviator

Don’t get me wrong here @Kabuda. I am in admiration of this Guy. But what he has done should be done in a Laboratory or under Supervision of professionals. The Government body responsible for Electrical Distribution ought to connect these folks to the grid.
Given this Guy’s ingenuity, the Government /KPLC should give him an enabling environment to advance himself either through work or grants to acquire proper and safe equipment.
His rudimentary plant could cost more harm than good. Electrical power is not a child’s play.
Which laboratory or professional body did the Wright brothers work under or Da Vinci for that matter? :rolleyes:
What harm has his rudimentary plant caused?
The only question we should ask is, does it work and is it safe? If not, how can we improve on it?

The reason were light years behind other countries is because we don't make things with our own hands, we don't own our technology and when one attempts to innovate he's dismissed because the finished product is not as refined as in the west!
