How to become a Dictator; Genorousity is key.

I remember watching this netflix series and one of the most important steps was to share the wealth you get once risen to great powers. I believe the late Moi was a master in this, the man was indeed very generous to these close to him. Uhuru is also geneorus in his own capacity and thus his rise to power. Ruto is also one very generous man to his close political circle and he sprinkles it with some real man to man loyalty. Ruto does not seem like the guy who lets his close political allies to dry as long as they stay loyal to him, Mudavadi and Wetangula have just been smiles and dreasing sharply since they joined his coalition you can even see it in their movements. Full of confidence and happiness. Generousity is a very key aspect in the rise to power, you see where am going with this?

Not always the case. It's one thing giving handouts and another being generous.
Some people generally share even the little they have and some are so inclined in their beliefs that they forego wealth to pursue that which they are passionate about. Key example is Osama Bin Laden who put aside great fortune to live in caves and terrorise the World.

Others such as the man who killed more people than Hitler, Stalin was such a selfish bast*rd.

What I'm trying to say is that yes, Ruto might turn out to be a dictator but your theory is quite a stretch.

In a religious society like ours, it's called generosity. But in psychology, it's called mass manipulation. If he was sincere in helping anyone, he'd be building industries/factories not churches
