Nope, thing is technology has moved on. We now have digital prepress and printing, the kind that you find with our mainstream newspapers ( head of state will open a new newspaper printing plant and by the time he has finished a tour of the plant, he is served a copy and his picture on the front page the newly printed paper). Government press have refused to evolve. Outside their yard are unopened wooden containers with new machines.. unopened for several years. They refused to digitize.

Now this is something,is it by design so that some people can get away with some shenanigans? It just beggars belief that a govt press isn't digital in 2020.

Lethargic beaurocracy. Print, like IT is the most volatile field... In terms of technical evolution. It's just absurd why?

Its by design me thinks..reminds me of when the smiling attorney general ,wako,shifted a full stop which change d the whole meaning of clause in a law during printing..now I can see how that was possible.It is a loophole in the process that has and can be exploited by cunnibv fellows.
