Help me understand this pricing model

Am looking for storage capacity of 45000lts or thereabouts.
What combination should I take? Space isn't a challenge.

And can someone explain why the sudden increase in price between 10k and 16k LTS?

10k litres times 4 tanks plus a 5k litres tank seems like the best option. It will also minimise piping unlike if you went for a smaller size.

And, the sudden increase in price from 10,000 to 16,000 litres is because it's the only progression that almost doubles the volume,unlike the rest which have increments of around 20%.

It therefore makes sense that the price jump will match the volume jump.

Am looking at kshs/ Ltr, and higher volume tanks are expensive in this aspect.
