And FYI, the same applies even for life insurance.
Nigas never read the small print...those so many clauses. They just sign on the dotted line and forget about it till the day they get shafted.

No, the issue is not illegality. Each claim is settled on its own merits and all circumstances considered.

In Kenya , it's illegal to drive a car without the wipers functioning properly.

So if one unfortunately gets a head on collision accident on a sunny day, should insurance companies refuse to pay because the wipers were not working?
