This loon project had flopped, now that corona virus is here google has taken advantage to arm twist the government into approving it. I'm sure Joe Mucheru had a hand in this. These balloons have a habit of crashing

Am yet to understand the whole loon thing. And Zuckerberg also had a similar thing. Is the net free?

Google's net wont be free either. Am seeing it as just a way to get more accurate data for their google maps and locational search queries.
