Are you using the original key ? Most probably ni battery ya key imeisha .Ingia Naivas and buy replacement it's less than Ksh 250 - Varta

Asante mkubwa. It has been like that for the longest. Lost two of the original keys so got a replacement programmed which I use though I have to mention that the moti uses push to start mode

Was the same exclamation there after the new key was made ? I assume ni hii ya left .If after replacing the battery the issue persists then either the locksmith messed up the car security system or the key ni China knock-off.
