-physiology
6. Don't be obsessed with what you eat.
7.be obssesd with how much you eat.
8.on average women need between 1800_2400calories in 24 hrs
9.men need 2000-3000 calories
10. The difference is due to muscle mass. Muscle is the chief consumer of calories

_1 gm of fat gives 9 calories
_1gm of carb gives 4 calories
_1 gm of protein gives 4 calories
_1gm of alcohol 7 calories
12...if you consume excess calories in any form... Hata kama ni kunywa changaa peke yake ... In excess of the requirement above.... And have no ouket of burning them off..... The excess calories are all converted to FAT which goes into storage .
13...take note... It is calories that get stored as fat....... So long as they are excess.... And unitilised

Well intermitent fasting is not bad, it all depends with your fitness level and goals.... many have never realised their fitness goals demands with the knowledge of their blood groups and sex
