Not to defend police brutality, but using a montage of old clips to push a narrative is downright unprofessional. Some of those clips are very old.....................

Think of it linearly. They happened over different periods but the fact that they happened, still happening and going to happen without any serious action being taken shows the extent of the problem we are in.

Good will always prevail over evil that's human nature...poverty changes human behavior to that of a wild hungry, cornered animal hence the need for police to guard those who have and harass those without. The balance is simple, distribute wealth & resources equally. What is the use of being a billionaire surrounded by by people who can't afford a meal each and everyday?

How practical is your solution? What happens after redistribution of wealth? Do we continue with capitalism or how do we create and distribute wealth?

In capitalism everybody except a few will be poor. I don't know how that will happen but someday it will materialise.

I do not agree that the work of the police is to stop poor people from robbing the rich. I believe thieves mostly rob the poorer in the society. The poor scavenge on the poor. For example, ushawahi kusikia matajiri wa Runda wakiteta ati ngeta? When the well to do feel threatened, they create a gated community and hire a militia (KK, securicor etc).

There are many more factors other than poverty that lead to crime.
