You know the DP has always been under the President so I really don't get what you are excited about and apart form Kibaki's time when Raila was hiring his dead relatives and now Ruto at no one time did VPs in Kenya hire any staff......plus in the current constitution the VP has no portfolio so he/she heads nothing hence the reason Ruto is just politicking
