Conglomerate Heinz cartel @Kalel bado najaribu kukufikia. I've burnt my fingers severally nikitaste ground (kwanza kwa nursery...wacha tu) and I'm now confident kanaweza tamba. So nimeingia na kichwa. Half Stark Aryes F1, half Ranger F1. Market tutajulia mbele.

@DESTRO , @mZENDE your inputs too are required. Staking or trellising? The indeterminate variety sio poa and require green housing. Folks don't like those one too coz their taste isn't great. This thing has taught me that recon is invaluable. Huwezi tu anza na 1acre and above when you don't even know the seed variety. You'll definitely cry in the toilet. Another thing.

Don't venture if you have high BP.

Good job bro! With proper handling, hapa ni kucheza na Ms.
Staking is the way to go. Tuma vijana to supply you with specific sizes of sticks at an agreed amount should be in the region of 2-5 Bob per stick. Hio ni tender utakua umepeana kwa locals. Or if finances allow, get them from the guys who treat poles, it may be more exp, but it is a one off investment.
Get pherodis to monitor tuta absoluta so that you are not caught unawares.
Fertilizers, go for horti specific high P and K content with trace element.
Thats quite an investment, don't go too far from environs.
Be careful of the agrovet you source your stuff. Counterfeits all over

Pherodis can be found at mashambani or moiben.
Foliars go for City farming products(quite rare in Eld) or greenlife.
Fertilizers Yara are good alternatively Baraka horti.(always look at constitution P&K) tomatoes are heavy feeders.
Fungicides-copper hydroxichloride(note the difference btw oxychloride and the above. Oxy are in plenty.
One thing I learnt albeit the hard way, 'baridi' as it's commonly known, is not cold weather. It is actually rapid change or variance on temperatures and this is what you should look out for. This is the reason why most horticultural prefer naivasha all the way to ukambani and maasai plains because of the mild temp changes. Eld you know how it goes. Be 👀👀👀
