Boda boda are the great threats on or road today ! I'm very sure the rider was hooting for the car to give way !

I am sure the bugger is not insured, naskia kuna mahali wanaendaga kuprintiwa insurance sticker to show the authorities for a fee with no insurance company involved.
Huyo jamaa kama ako na third party too bad.
