SUBJECT: ROBBERY INCIDENT REPORT It was reported vide Ob 68/21/06/2021 at 2230 hrs by one MOREEN KANANA of mobile no. 0759688262 an m-pesa attendant that on 21/06/2021 at around 2030hrs while at Ndagani stage when she was approached by unknown person and asked her if he can withdraw money from said m-pesa but instead entered the kiosk through the back door and robbed her cash amounting ksh 9000 and upon trying to shout he showed a rifle. Upon leaving the said lady raised alarm and suspects was cornered by members of public. Police officers rushed to the scene and rescued the accused who was later identified as No. 259545 Apc JULIUS ODUOR AYIEKO CIPU officer attached at Embu west sub-county armed with scopion s/no. KE AP C239003 loaded with 20 rounds of ammunition of 9mm. One handcuff with no serial number and COA was also recovered in a black bag. The suspect sustained injuries on the face, both hand and forehead. Case PBC. DCI Dealing.
