We therefore pose the following Questions to State House.

1. Did former PM Raila Odinga address the meeting and complain that the Courts were making decisions that were tantamount to interfering with the Executive? He spoke, just before inviting the President to speak.
2. In Response, Did President Uhuru say that he would NOT obey Court orders that were slowing down his vision?
3. Did he say, "I will not obey the BBI Court orders. After all where will they find me so as to serve me?"
4. Did he add, "I started by ignoring the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) orders and nothing happened....
I was testing what happens if You disobey court orders. KMC business is going on, the court can rule and make orders but we continue..." ?
5. Did The President then tell SC Orengo and team to do all what they can, but either way he will NOT obey the resultant Court orders?
6. Did The President say he would NOT hand over power to WsR even if he wins the Election?
(NB: Point of note, the Constitution does not speak of Handing over power. It only provides that a New President will be sworn in.
Even Trump skipped Biden's Inauguration, Biden is President.)
6. Did the The President then say he does NOT believe in the Bottom-Up Economic Model.
That It cannot work. Only Top-Down will work?
