SEVEN Members of a Notorious Criminal Gang which on Saturday 11th Jan, 2020 broke into & stole Ksh. 900K from a parked car at a Car Yard along Ngong Road was today arrested by DCI Kilimani Detectives & Three Motor Vehicles believed to be used in the perpetration detained.

The gang had trailed the victim from KCB Buruburu to the yard where he intended to purchase a car.

Having parked the vehicle he was using, the victim locked it leaving the money therein as he went to be shown around.

The gang who also posed as customers parked alongside the victim's car before breaking in & disappearing with the money, but were caught on cctv cameras.

Upon cctv analysis, the DCI Detectives launched a manhunt for them & yesterday managed to arrest;

1. BENJAMIN IMBAI AMACHE AKA "BENA"
2. BOAZ OTIENO OWINO AKA "BABA FABIAN"
3. COLLINS ORUPTO IPARA AKA "COLLO"
4. DUNCAN WAHIRA GAKUNGU AKA "DANTE"
5. WILLIAM KAMAU MAINA AKA "WILLO" AKA "MICHUKI"
6. JACQUELINE NJOKI MWANGI AKA "LADY BOSE", &
7. IAN KIBE KINYUA AKA "KIBE".

The gang has been operating in major towns using different motor vehicles, some of which are hired & guised with fake number plates.

All placed in custody & being processed for arraignment.

We Caution members of the public to Beware of such criminals even as we heighten our detective bars to paralyze their efforts & bring perpetrators to book.

all business premises should be forced by law to install CCTV cams.
this will deter and reduce crime significantly

That is how you get conned..... move to next dealer. Unaweza kuwa umepewa discount ya 30k na uyo dealer anataka cash and you end losing more.
Nilikua na client alikua ananiniandikia cheque 5k na anaipiga picha that shit used annoy the fuck out me but now it all makes sense.

And give DCI a link that they can monitor real time! Hapo ndipo dunia inaenda, goverments will want access to private I.P cams

In Western countries CCTV is a requirement for any business establishment and it's your responsibility as a business owner to record and preserve all recordings for a minimum of twelve months.
And the council does random checks to ensure that you do this otherwise you lose your license.

This is a blatant lie, I know of establishments in the Western world who write over the same hard disk over and over each week.
