The Ministry of Health has revealed that cost of management of COVID-19 patients who are asymptomatic is Ksh. 21,300 per day.
On Friday, MOH Director General Patrick Amoth said for those with slight symptoms such as a mild cough or slight difficulty in breathing cost becomes Ksh. 21, 400 per day.

However, Dr. Amoth said patients with a severe form of COVID-19 who require supplementary oxygen are taken care of at a cost of Ksh. 51,000 per day.
“If you require ICU critical care support including intubation and ventilatory support the figure goes to Ksh. 71,000 per day,” he added.
Dr. Amoth noted that the economics surrounding the management of COVID-19 patients is the reason behind putting measures in place to ensure that Kenyans practice home-based care.

Speaking during a Press briefing alongside Health CS Mutahi Kagwe, Dr. Amoth also revealed that 292 Kenyan health workers have contracted coronavirus.
According to him, 160 of them are females and 132 are male.

this might be scare tactics, but if you want to be brave, make sure your pockets/bank/mpesa/mattress bank is also brave.
don't leave your families with financial burdens just because you wanted to be brave.

This government isn't for its people, period. If you're poor death is your only option because living is so costly.
The almighty is ever watching, one day.
and people were so hopeful that COVID was an equalizer for the rich and poor.
seems it can affect anyone, but the rich have more chances of survival during and even after COVID.

seems it can affect anyone, but the rich have more chances of survival during and even after COVID.
It still is an equalizer because everyone reacts differently to it.
So you may have all the best heath care and still succumb to it.
Some have caught it and managed through hike remedies and anti biotic and cough syrups.
