A colleague of mine lost his 83 years old dad, some few months ago, in his burial a strange thing happened. His brother in law reminded him that he is yet to clear the dowry payment for his wife. The timing of that reminder struck me as strange, although I am not conversant with their culture. But is it proper to remind someone during his kins burial?
