Two factors at play, Corona virus is reducing demand, OPEC and Russia have failed to agree on supply cuts. OPEC proposed 1.5 billion barrel a day supply cut, Russia intends to increase supply to try squeeze out U.S shale. Now Saudi is threatening to increase supply too.
