Corona Business Opportunities

When one door closes, another one opens.
Korona has thrown most of our kitunguu out through the window. But it has equally opened a few avenues.
1. Sanitizers: If someone was quite strategic, they could make the thing from home. Several videos on YouTube explain how to do this. This may however be passed by time.
2. Hand-Washing facilities: This is the current craze. Most county governments have required all business to provide the facilities. Kimbia Kamukunji, buy the things at 120 and sell at 250.
3. Home deliveries: In the inevitable event of a total shutdown, becoming a Copia agent could give you some money as basic supplies become scarce from the local shops.
4. Shylock: Most people are currently grounded. If the current situation goes on for another 3 months, most people will have exhausted their savings. If you have some idle cash, give it out. People will be desperate and will accept 100% interest in 3 months. Just be careful whom you lend. And take security more than 500% of the amount given.

Wadau, where else can we reap from this virus?

True story this one. Happened in the town slightly to the south east of Mt. Kenya just this past week. Immediately after the CS announced the presence of the coronavaira in Kenya and recommended hand washing as a preventive measure.
This gentleman came near a hotel I was in that is next to a shop that sells mattresses. He hid behind them. He had salt in several packets of 2kg. A bottle of jik,a container of a purplish liquid and several containers (the kind that @Luther12 and company dispense medical tablets from)
He proceeded to mix the salt, the jik and the purplish liquid in the containers and attached labels to them.
Halafu akaziweka kwa bag akaondoka. Methinks kuna watu waliuziwa sanitizers imbo. Took advantage of ignorance coz some Kenyans heard of sanitizers for the first time in their lives from the CS. That was a business opportunity...ama niaje @Aviator ?
