Michael Kinyany was a Luo from Gem Constituency. Mike was a renowned entrepreneur and thinker. He loved business and knew how to make businessmen. He was a senior economist at the national treasury.
Mike Kinyany (a Luo) married an elder sister to Chris Kirubi, Elizabeth Waithera. Through the relationship, Kinyany educated Kirubi and introduced Kirubi to Bill Ngure, a brother to Odeny Ngure, who later employed Chris Kirubi at Unilever. Kirubi rose through the ranks at Unilever to become a van salesman.
The same sister to Kirubi is now permanently in USA after trying to kill Kinyany who fought to build her family and single-handedly educate her siblings
Kinyany funded Chris Kirubi's education at Friends School Kamusinga. Kirubi never proceeded beyond Kamusinga but he moved from Unilever to KENATCO where he defrauded the firm leading to its collapse.
Kirubi can tell you how Luos are not business minded. What we don't know how to do is how to be dishonest. Kirubi is who he is because of an honest and hardworking Luo who valued education and giving people a platform.
The saddest bit is that when Kinyany died, Kirubi who is bleeding with hate even refused to attend his burial. That is how low a human being can be.

I disagree with you on principle:
a) Don't assume your affinity to all immoral things applies to all Kenyans
b) You are the type that accepts mediocrity as a way of life. Not all Kenyans do
c) You assume he had a full life yet don't know what his last thoughts were about himself and his life or you do?
