It is the vital axis of our body! If it's not good, preserving your youth is out of the question. The spine affects all organs and systems, moreover, the energy axis: You may have noticed when your back is tired, than you feel really anxious.

How to check?
Stand against a straight wall. Touch five points: back of the head, shoulders, buttocks, calves, heels. If in this posture you stand absolutely normally, without fatigue you can stand for at least 5 minutes without feeling discomfort, then you are in great shape and your youthfulness will last much longer than others.

‼If standing is uncomfortable, something pulls, hurts, numb, then congratulations, you need to start back training ASAP, otherwise it will only get worse.

If there is too much space between your lower back and the wall (a clenched fist), this is also NOT normal and indicates excessive curvature in the lumbar spine.
