Sometimes the premise of a movie can be so outlandish, so ridiculous you need to watch it. Ever wanted to see giant robots punch a monster in the face, hence Pacific Rim(2013)..want to see a man splice his dna with a housefly, you get The Fly (1986). Want to see a pair of jeans kill people, you get Slaxx (2020).
The plot is just that. The setting is in a clothing store on the eve of the launch of the new line of clothing. A muderous (and i suppose demonic) pair of jeans is taking out the employees one by one.
It's up to the plucky new employee, Libby to survive the night locked in the store.
The movie is competently shot, the kill scenes are laughable. The movie doesnt take itself seriously, so you are alot more forgiving about it. The acting can be a little cringe-worthy in some parts, but you can easily overlook that nitpick.
If you need something on in the background that you dont need to pay serious attention to as you ask for nudes via text or if you are a fan of silly insane B-rated horror movies, Slaxx is one to go for.
