Itakula lane moja ya barabara to always be clear while everyone else amekataa BRT is squeezed into 3 lanes? Hio ni haki kweli ama itakuwa null and void we can use all the lanes...Pale Pangani hii BRT inapita kivipi? Anyone with the plans? Anyone with any info on BRT? Valid questions but let me point out a discrepancy. They're borrowing 6.4B and not 70.
Also, seems China is now avoiding us just like traditional lenders.

Here in the UK they call them Bus Lanes. You are well advised to keep the hell out of Bus Lanes for the simple reason that if you accidentally strayed into one, you are automatically fined £50 pap. If you do not pay in a month’s time, the fine increases fourfold to £200 and so on and so on cumulatively.
The Government here loves Bus Lanes as it is a little good earner by way of those fines.

How do they enforce the lanes, you ask? They have cameras all over the place. Some very well hidden to deliberately tempt you to think that there is none.
Bus Lane remains empty of traffic throughout when not being used by PSVs.
