How is this colonial? Even in Kenya you have to pay your content provider by purchasing a box and paying annual subscription.
Who do you expect to pay for your enjoyment and utility of TV content?
You seem to be like those Guys who abhors and resent paying Child Maintenance and upkeep yet you are the only one who enjoyed the Dry Fry session with the Lanye even if she was only worth Ksh 150.00/.

It's crappy but again look at Namibia then look at Kenya.
Every country has its way when it comes to collecting revenue.
We here are dying of choking effects of unplanned and state capture kind of developments that have seen cost of living get unbearable.
I would prefer hearing this rant from a Namibian.
