Best Secondary/Wifi Hotspot Phone

I'm looking for a second phone that I can use for biashara messages as well as a WiFi hotspot. Basically a mulika mwizi on steroids. These are must haves:

1. Excellent battery life.
2. Superior WiFi/radio signal. Has to have a good electronics hapa.
3. Rugged, it doesn't have to be military grade but it has to be good enough for outdoors.
4. Pocket friendly.

To clarify, that phone ni ya kazi ya mhindi. Battery life ni muhimu sana. It got to be good for outdoors which explains rugged and excellent radio/Wifi requirements. Those are non negotiable business requirements. Once those phones are ranked in terms of performance, we identify the one that gives the best value for money.

Good. Kitu najua Samsung leads in survivability followed by HTC. Huwezi kosa moja iko na battery kubwa. I do not know much about the other models
