After watching the video, I decided to google the fate of that case. 9 years later, it has never been solved, and suspects were granted bail( and possibly they have watched the interview too.) And since the conviction threshold is quite high, they may be acquitted. In short, if this guy chooses to continue living in Kenya, they'll certainly hunt him.

One thing I've not understood na hii story, he picked the killers around Kikuyu/ Kinoo/ somewhere bushy..but the murder happened in CBD @Othello

The ones that boarded the car last were the ones that committed murder....and of course they had a car that they had dumped somewhere. Placing them on the crime scene is not easy. I think that's why hiyo case imechukua miaka tisa, DCI trying to find more evidence to pin them. George Muchai's family lawyer was complaining those were not thr real killers and that DCI should do more to apprehend the real culprits.

But they were found with the killer weapon, the G3 and the mps briefcase, the other one was found with the ceska stolen from the body guard. The cops found the G3 without the safety pin, the pin which the killers were looking for after the crime, but which the taxi driver surrendered to the cops.
