James sent his phone to Apple with a bad camera. Apple refused to repair it. Apple not only sent it back completely dead, but made it so we can't repair it.

Right to repair should be embedded in law. That and warranties.
iPhones 6 and 7 also had an issue with its speakers and network receiver where Apple would often not repair devices even when under warranty.

Its understandable, kitu simple like kureplace camera pekee inaleta stress mingi juu ya ufala ya apple.
