Afritank Limited Foot Operated Hand Washing Innovation

In order to combat COVID-19, somewhere in Zambia they have come-up with an innovation that got my attention. I work with a certain foundation as a volunteer and we had plans of having hand washing stations in several institutions preferably NGO sponsored (children homes/schools) way before the COVID-19 hit the reset button. Now i am asking if there is anyone with knowledge or knows someone who can build such. I would highly appreciate because our plans are still in line though this COVID-19 thingy is slowing everyone down.
