Africans and immunity to covid -19

Pseudonyms

Elder Lister
Tulisema Africans living within and around the tropics where SARS-CoV-2 can be traced to animal hosts/reservoirs.

These animal hosts are usually bats, primates, and pangolins.

While I'm taking all precautions, I'm still convinced most people in the said region either:

a) Have been exposed to SARS-CoV-2 and recovered and therefore developed immunity to it, or

b) have been exposed to another coronavirus, and that has resulted in immunity against SARS-CoV-2. Similar to how exposure to the almost harmless cowpox resulted in immunity against the deadly, disfiguring and debilitating smallpox.
