Add a forum dedicated to videos.

[Nabongo Mumia VII]

Masalkheri. I joined this community today, and I so far enjoy it. My only recommendation now would be a forum for videos, to avoid people inserting media from YouTube and offering little commentary. The forum for media would be for videos with little text in the original posts, and for a media-centred post to be in any other forum it would need commentary from the individual who posts it.
