Hello guys I work out in the gym from kitambo sana.However,i have decided to start some cardo excercise particularly running 15km every morning 4 days a week.Now,this is the problem,Kahasho nasumbua mimi sana.Who has a remedy for this. Will appreciate your kind Responses. Thanks.
