So what next after lockdown

Some African countries are on lockdown for 21 days. They say it's a way to flatten the curve which is true. But lockdown without mass testing is just a futile exercise. You're not flattening the curve. You're just postponing the curve to a future to a future date.

So what next after 21 days lockdown?

Since we are not doing mass testing, my advice to African countries besides the rules of washing hands etc is to make it mandatory for people to wear masks going forward. Dont listen to WHO. Kama hauna mask that's a fine.

Otherwise continue locking down people for longer periods they start to protest

You can only make it mandatory if you provide the people with the service or product. If govt isnt going to provide every man, woman and child with masks for the forseeable future, then forget it. The next best thing you can do is stop unnecessary movement.

Within the 21 days the virus will show itself in all those who have it be treated because many Africa countries cannot afford the mass testing.

There's a lab in Iceland that has said 50% of the tests they have done the patients didnt have any symptoms. Meaning after 21 days of lockdown the same guys will be released na watasambaza. Bila mass testing locking down is just postponing a problem.

During 21 days lockdown,those who have it will not have a chance of spreading it,the virus will also show itself within the period and thus if the reporting mechanism is accurate,the govt will be in a position to nab all the Corona cases and confine them somewhere for treatment.They will also get chance to fumigate all places that the vermin could be holding onto.
After 21 days you'll release healthy people in a virus free environment.
