Mimi huuliza...are they going to change number plate ? I don't see why some previous owner being malicious enough to say he has legal papers to ownership of that car and calls flying squad on 2nd owner.

The bank gets to keep the papers till you pay up. Gari ni yako kwa jina tu. It would be very stupid to call police on a person who has acquired legitimate ownership of a vehicle you used to co-own with the bank.
