The committee is made up ppl who had paid for the houses .The escrow account will be managed by the bank to make all the payments chapaa kupotea ni ngumu.... i am hoping it will work wasee wapate nyumba zao alafu io company watu waisahau.

You don't need a hekaya for this, it's all over the news.
You see people buying land and building after hustle za mafundi and suppliers, then government comes and demolishes, then you decide to put your money in an organised company, they scam you off.
Iko shida in this country, the scammers are out numbering us by the day.

i just dont get it

The world is diverse, not everyone has the patience for self builds, though it's the best.
Some schemes are coming where you buy into an organised estate but build yourself, using the fundis they provide you with. Wish an approved design by the management of the controlled development.
