Now that the senate is firmly under konyagi,next step is impeachment of WsR,which will go one of two ways.either he accepts his fate and bows out or he goes to the ICC-this because bensouda didn't finalise his case,and in the event of any violence organic or stage managed,the blame will fall squarely on WsR and he'll be back to the ICC..

If only it was that easy.

Since 2018, all sorts of attacks have been launched on WSR and rebuffed. The worst was that fake arms deal in his office by Echesa and other hirelings. They killed an innocent policeman.

Last week ended with ODM openly attacking Uhuru for gorging corona money alone. That exposed the fragility of the handshake. The Gideon Moi strategy will be killed by its fundamental weakness: it is KANU.

Through it all, Ruto has continued to do what he has done since 2011.

26 months to go. The fear Uhuru has is to leave in office somebody who will not protect him. Former president of Angola is spending retirement in misery defending himself in court.
He is moving towards pushing for parliamentary system so that it can be easier for him to impose Gideon Moi on Kenyans. After senate his eyes are trained on parliament.

Right now I prefer Ruto to Uhuru.
Uhuru inherited a thriving economy and instead of following the those strategies to keep it thriving he instead overwhelmed it with debt and drove the economy into a ditch. He was asleep while NYS 1 happened. He slept more while NYS 2 happened.
 
Well I have never voted for UhuRuto but what I fail to understand is what really led to their fallout. It seems intense. These guys are showing no mercy to Ruto barely 2 years after re election when they seemed inseparable
 
If Ruto was as easy an opponent as you imply Wanjohi would have made those changes immediately after the handshake. Ideally, these changes would have been made after the referendum or just before having ramped up his popularity.

The take-home from these moves is that there will be no referendum, no BBIchieth to create the expanded executive he promised, he no longer has a reason to delay the inevitable.

LootAll stole with reckless abandon, especially in the first term. His greed and propensity to steal & grab is insatiable.

There is direct evidence that Lootall benefited directly from corruption. He even had children from Langata primary school tear gassed when he wanted to illegally acquire land from a public primary school meant for the poor. Do you support this kind of impunity?

They both stole, were it not for the fact that Ruto knows where the bones are buried he would have been arrested and damning evidence presented.

All Uhuru cares for is to have a controlling interest in the next government, if the conditions favour Ruto the Kenyattas will switch sides faster than you can say boomshakalaka, they have no qualms being part of a corrupt government and based on the 360° turns Uhuru has perfected he could very well ditch Rao and back someone else including Ruto if that guarantees his family sustained influence over government and protection of their interests.
