Panic in Mandera County as marauding eagles attack residents.This is the tactics residents have developed to protect themselves from the harmful eagles.Similar man eating eagles have been reported preying on little kids in neighbouring Somalia

I'm not an eagle expert but i'm sure there are common species associated with those areas. Eagles have been known to eat even goats.
