It Is A 🀝 Gavament

πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚When I say prolonged demos will have unintended consequences, this is what I mean. People would have used the moment to force institutional and governance changes that they've been yearning for, but they are hellbent on going to the streets to force Ruto out. Bro, Ruto is going nowhere, and bringing ODM on board is a means of survival. From now on, it will be more of survival tactics not about you. Also, expect police to use more lethal force.
That's a stubborn fact, Ruto is already thinking about 2027, nyinyi mkiimba Ruto must go, go where?

For the umpteenth time, Ruto will not resign. It's upon us all to accept it sooner or later. You know the problem with these youths is thinking their hardline position is helpful. They have been saying talks are unnecessary, and the president ought to implement what the people want.
What do the people want if I may ask you?

Competence to begin with

That is not what they want. Competence is not something to bring within a day. When he sacked his cabinet, you'd have shown impatience and give him time to see if he'd bring in a more competent team, but that did not happen. Next
Just keeping it real, huu ni muda wa kuambiana ukweli.
Mr. Othello, I understand you wish to be objective but let's not forget the gains made so far, such as dropping the bill, removing the unconstitutional budgets for offices of the spouses, CASs no longer a thing, and most importantly, the massive civic education taking place across the country.

The calls to reject the finance bill and for Ruto to ferk off have morphed into something greater - a call for accountability and a waking up of patriots. The despair that had built up for so long is now an anger that will lead to action come the next election or even before that, not just for the dictator but all elected representatives.

Tuko pamoya?

dropping the bill
This is where the demos were to stop. All those gains you have mentioned happened coz of the 25th June demos. Anything else has been unnecessary, counterproductive, and retrogressive. People don't have a common goal they want to achieve. Nmeulisa hadi huku why they are on streets, and I can't get a definitive answer.

Kufikisha hiyo 2027 ndio kibarua. Amepata chance ya kuchagua cabinet mpya ameweka malenge tena. Sioni reforms zikifanyika at speed. We are one trigger away from a national crisis. Kwanza shillingi ikiteguka kutakuwa kumoto kila mahali.

Na venye nimetusiwa huku when I kept saying the exact same thing. This result was so so so obvious.

Shida ya huku ni hypocrisy and pretentiousness. The people who supported BBI shenanigans(which they thought would propel a certain candidate to power) are now preaching about wastage. People are so determined to see Ruto out, and the truth doesn't matter anymore. ungui mutheri mani.
