Neither Kibaki nor Uhuru campaigned from a platform of lies. By the time they were going for reelection, they had tangible developments. Free education and economy for Kibaki. Infrastructure, ICT and electricity for Uhuru. That's the difference. What has Ruto delivered that he will use for 2027?
