Does he really have a choice in the matter on how much to pay of the Court’s fine?
I don’t think so.
Court Orders (eg fines) have to be adhered to and complied with to the full.

If he didn’t redeem his truck which is only a fraction of the fine’s cost, the Court will appoint Bailiffs to attach more of his assets to satisfy the whole fine.

The only way anaweza epuka kulipa hio Court Fine is by a Court of Law declaring him Bankrupt, which he has to prove.
And this will be detrimental to his business interests in many ways, not least that he can’t access loans or credit from Banks and other Creditors.

Hizi lorry unaona Kwa trucking saccos hufanya maajabu with regards to overloading and you can't tell me mwenyewe hajui gari yake iko Sacco .

The truck was specifically fabricated to carry that amount of sand with impunity. Why do all the rest we see on the roads have a lower body frame/ cut? Don't blame the driver, the owner/s knew exactly what they were doing. And they could been outed by a rival Sacco.
