Seriously though, from a medical standpoint, the major challenge with what we call multiple gestation is that the offspring tend to suffer from congenital malformations. Unapata two of the babies for example wako na heart defects or some other serious issue like mental deficits.
Unless the parents have serious cash, these challenges can bankrupt a family.

It's the reason why they rarely all survive, sadly. I was amazed that the 9 babies of the (Malian/Burkinabe?) matha have all survived.
