Every country has a hit squad, they should reprimand those officers in private, not playing populist with matters security.

Truth be told, those officers have been doing a clean up job where criminals refused to reform or where judiciary slapped the criminals with small bail or even let them loose, then the public will cry of increased insecurity then the cops would act.
They act on orders. Those cops deserve awards.
