Kamau Karori: The results of the vote at the polling stations are made on the same day. The outcome of the voting is determined on the same day.
 
In 2017, the SCOK said the Chair of IEBC is the Returning officer of the Presidential election. The petitioner says mr Chebukati created an illegal position which is against what this court ruled in the previous case~Karori Kamau
 
Kamau Karori: It is the employees of the commission that verify the results to help the Chair announce verified results.
 
Kamau Karori: It is in the public limelight where the agents of the petitioner assaulted the IEBC chair and also saw the pulpit being thrown on the floor and other commissioners injured.
 
"Because of the deficiency of trust in this country, ballot pallets can only be opened on the eve of elections. They were opened on the eve of the election when the mix up was noticed. There was absolutely no time for fresh ballots to be printed and delivered."- SC Kamau Karori
 
As we sit here, there are no less than three governors elected under this election. I plead with the court to ask them ‘are they happy with their own election’ If so, how then is it that this election is irredeemably flawed? ~ Prof Githu Muigai
 
FORODHA House Update: It is now 41/41 Polling stations. No anomalies. The last box had only a few issues book 2/2 was missing and the form through signed by all agents was not stamped. However, the votes when counted match the IEBC Portal results 100%

Githu Muigai: There is a concerted effort to ensure that the process comes to an end without a declaration. So the sanctimonious self-righteous pompous pontification of the so called four commissioners are an afterthought.

IEBC says that the uploaded forms 34A had digital signatures. That's hard to forge. Hii kesi Haina miguu.
