The plant would ideally be located along the shoreline where sea water provides the much needed cooling. The ground also needs to be hard rock for stabilization of the plant.
Am not very familiar with the geological topography of our shorelines, thus, I won't comment further.
As regards the type of reactor, I suggest a BWR. Despite it's lower Carnot Efficiency compared to the PWR, it is comparatively safer for a bonobo republic like ours.
