Why do people always say this? A suspect hawezi fungwa unless it is proven beyond reasonable doubt kwamba they committed a crime. So, the onus is on the police, or whichever body is involved, to produce that evidence through proper investigations. Alafu prosecutor afanye kazi yake. Judges huwa wa mwisho kuamua kesi.
