I really don't see how anal sex leads to anal infections more than vaginal sex leads to vaginal infections.
And no, I would not allow my daughter and son to engage in sex. Neither would I allow my two sons to have a relationship.

Arent you discriminating?, siblings having sex with each other will still derive as much pleasure as homosexuals there is no need to accept homosexuals and end up drawing the line when it comes to incest....it is not like they are hurting anybody?
