You can trade off that 1tb HDD for a 256 or 512GB SSD and you will not regret it. You can substitute with an external HDD if you need more space.

@It's Me Scumbag Since you mentioned design renders I recommend a professional workstation . Most if not all will be fitted with ECC ram ( and power supply with graphics card power cables .You might even lucky and get the workstation with Nvidia quadro workstation . If you buy ordinary tower and later wish to install a beefier graphics card you will spend not less than 10k just to upgrade the power supply unit.

@It's Me Scumbag just to add on to this, for a machine that supports ECC Ram, itakubidi utafute something with a Xeon processor. Hiyo HP Z Series @QuadroK4000 ametaja mostly huwa nazo.
